Has anyone honestly "not been ready" even if you met someone you really liked? Most of the time when a guy just wants to date, it's because he doesn't find you that attractive, but wouldn't mind fooling around with you until something better comes along.
Some people have an aversion to mapping out a future with someone they've just met. Even if I feel a connection with someone, I just want to go on dates for a while, see how it goes, and if it feels right after a while, decide that we are in a "relationship".
None of us are under obligation to commit and if all we want to do is get jiggy, have a chat, an ego stroke and a sense of someone being there, there are people out there who will take on this role because it’s all that they want too.
The problem in not wanting a relationship; it’s expecting to subjugate people who want something different to your terms.
Now you need a crash course in deciphering dead languages because he just told you he is not ready for a serious relationship.
Well, sister, I have been there, and I am going to tell you what it really means when a guy says, “I am not ready for a serious relationship.” Most importantly, I am going to tell you what to do about it.However, when I hear stories about disappointment, frustration, and insecurity about dates that haven’t worked out, there is a recurring theme: Do you know what this also means?– They were too far along in investment and illusions to have their feet in reality enough to be working out whether this person was someone that they actually should be with.Never has it been so easy to collect attention, to go on a dates that don’t go beyond one or a few, or to get laid – just go on a dating site or lurk around in a bar.If you want a friends with benefits or ‘companionship’ scenario, there’s someone out there that’s only too happy to oblige.“I’d really like to meet someone for dates / fun / companionship / affection / attention / sex but I’m not looking for a relationship.Tags: Adult Dating, affair dating, sex dating
